SILENTCHAIN AI™ Professional

Terms of Use & Commercial License Agreement  |  Version: 1.0  |  Effective Date: August 18, 2026

These Terms of Use & Commercial License Agreement (this "Agreement") govern the purchase and use of SILENTCHAIN AI™ Professional Edition (the "Software"), a product and brand of Sn1perSecurity LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("Sn1perSecurity," "Licensor," "we," "us," or "our").

SILENTCHAIN AI™ Professional Edition may also be referred to in this Agreement as "SILENTCHAIN AI," "SILENTCHAIN," or "Professional." All such references refer to the same Professional Edition covered by this Agreement.

By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using the Software, you ("Licensee," "you," or "your") agree to this Agreement. If you accept this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

SILENTCHAIN AI Community Edition is distributed separately under its own applicable license. This Agreement applies to SILENTCHAIN AI Professional Edition and does not modify or restrict rights granted under the Community Edition's applicable license.

1. Definitions

For purposes of this Agreement:

"Software" means SILENTCHAIN AI™ Professional Edition, including any updates, upgrades, patches, or related components provided to you during the applicable License Term.

"License Term" means the period during which your Professional license is valid, as specified at the time of purchase.

"Licensee," "you," or "your" means the individual or legal entity authorized to use the Software under this Agreement.

"Third-Party Services" means services, software, platforms, APIs, AI providers, AI models, or other products or services that are not owned or controlled by Sn1perSecurity.

2. Professional and Paid Editions

Subject to payment of the applicable license fee and your compliance with this Agreement, Sn1perSecurity grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the applicable paid SILENTCHAIN edition during its applicable License Term.

This Agreement currently applies to SILENTCHAIN AI Professional Edition and may also apply to additional paid SILENTCHAIN editions made available by Sn1perSecurity under this Agreement or a subsequently published commercial license.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, the standard Professional license:

  • is valid for one year;
  • permits one active machine at a time;
  • permits commercial use;
  • permits use in authorized client engagements;
  • does not automatically renew; and
  • includes generally available Software updates released during the active License Term.

The Software is licensed, not sold. No ownership interest in the Software is transferred to you.

3. Permitted Commercial Use

Commercial use of SILENTCHAIN Professional is permitted. You may use the Software for your own internal security activities and for authorized security testing and security services performed on behalf of customers or other third parties.

Consultants, contractors, managed security service providers (MSSPs), and other security professionals may use the Software in connection with authorized client engagements.

You may use the Software across multiple customers and engagements during the applicable License Term. All use remains subject to the authorization, scope, and restrictions described in this Agreement.

4. License Activation and Machine Transfers

A Professional license may be activated and used on one machine at a time.

You may deactivate the Software on one machine and activate it on another machine during the applicable License Term. There is no fixed limit on legitimate transfers between machines.

You may not use the same license concurrently on multiple machines, share your license key with another person for their independent use, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise provide the Software or license to another party without Sn1perSecurity's prior written permission.

Sn1perSecurity may investigate activation activity or other conduct that reasonably indicates license sharing, fraud, circumvention of licensing controls, or other material abuse. Any resulting suspension or termination of the license will be handled in accordance with Section 12 (License Term, Expiration, Suspension, and Termination).

If you lose your license key, Sn1perSecurity may resend or reissue it to the email address associated with the original purchase, subject to reasonable verification of the purchase or license ownership.

5. License Validation and Enforcement

Professional requires license activation and periodic license validation. You authorize Sn1perSecurity to perform reasonable license validation and licensing operations necessary to activate, maintain, secure, and enforce your license.

License validation may require the Software to communicate with Sn1perSecurity's licensing systems and may involve technical information described in the applicable SILENTCHAIN AI Privacy Policy.

Sn1perSecurity may use reasonable technical measures to prevent unauthorized use, license sharing, fraud, circumvention of licensing controls, and other abuse.

Professional may provide a limited offline grace period when the licensing service cannot be reached. Availability and duration of any offline grace period may change as Sn1perSecurity maintains and secures its licensing systems.

License validation does not give Sn1perSecurity access to your target URLs, HTTP traffic, scan results, vulnerability findings, source code, file contents, or other scan content except where separately described in the applicable Privacy Policy.

6. Authorized Security Testing

SILENTCHAIN is designed for authorized security testing. You may use the Software only against systems, applications, networks, or other assets that you own or are authorized to test.

You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate authorization and for complying with applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and testing restrictions.

The Software's capabilities do not themselves provide authorization to test any particular target.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use SILENTCHAIN:

  • for unauthorized, unlawful, or malicious security testing or activity;
  • to intentionally disrupt, damage, or interfere with the availability or operation of systems or services;
  • to circumvent, disable, or interfere with license activation or other licensing controls;
  • to share, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, redistribute, or otherwise provide the Software or license key to another party without Sn1perSecurity's prior written permission;
  • as a hosted, service-bureau, or similar third-party service without Sn1perSecurity's prior written permission;
  • to remove or alter proprietary notices;
  • to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble proprietary portions of the Software except as permitted by applicable law; or
  • to create a competing product that substantially replicates the core functionality of SILENTCHAIN.

You may not use SILENTCHAIN in violation of applicable law or the rights of others.

Nothing in this Section limits any rights that cannot legally be restricted.

8. Burp Suite Professional

SILENTCHAIN is a Burp Suite extension and requires a valid, active license for Burp Suite Professional.

SILENTCHAIN does not include Burp Suite or a Burp Suite license.

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own Burp Suite Professional license.

Burp Suite is a separate product operated by PortSwigger Ltd. Sn1perSecurity does not control Burp Suite's pricing, licensing, availability, functionality, APIs, policies, or future compatibility.

Changes to Burp Suite may affect SILENTCHAIN's functionality or compatibility.

SILENTCHAIN is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by PortSwigger Ltd.

9. Third-Party AI Providers and Services

SILENTCHAIN supports integrations with third-party AI providers and services. Available providers may vary by edition, version, and configuration.

Third-party AI services are separate from SILENTCHAIN and may require a separate account, API key, license, subscription, usage fees, or acceptance of additional terms.

You are responsible for selecting, configuring, and using third-party AI providers and for complying with their applicable terms, policies, and usage requirements.

Sn1perSecurity does not control and is not responsible for the availability, pricing, output, accuracy, security, privacy practices, data handling, policies, or performance of any third-party AI provider or service.

Sn1perSecurity may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue support for particular third-party AI providers, models, or integrations. Sn1perSecurity does not guarantee the continued availability, compatibility, or functionality of any particular third-party AI provider, model, or integration.

SILENTCHAIN Professional does not charge per-request AI credits or usage fees. However, third-party providers may charge you separately for their services, including API or model usage.

If you choose a third-party provider that processes data outside your local environment, you are responsible for understanding and accepting that provider's applicable data handling and privacy practices.

10. Local AI and Data Handling

SILENTCHAIN may support locally hosted AI models, including supported Ollama configurations. When properly configured, a local AI deployment may allow AI processing to occur on infrastructure controlled by you without sending the applicable analysis to a third-party AI provider.

How data is processed and where it is sent depends on your configuration, the AI provider or model you select, and the services you enable. You are responsible for configuring SILENTCHAIN, your AI providers, models, network environment, and related systems appropriately for your security and privacy requirements.

SILENTCHAIN may provide sensitive-data sanitization or redaction before information is sent to external AI providers. These features are safeguards and are not a guarantee that all sensitive information will be identified, removed, or prevented from being transmitted.

Sn1perSecurity does not control the data handling, retention, processing, storage, or use practices of third-party AI providers. Your use of third-party AI services is subject to the applicable provider's terms and privacy policies.

Sn1perSecurity's collection and use of personal information in connection with SILENTCHAIN and related Services is described in the SILENTCHAIN AI Privacy Policy.

11. Software Updates and Support

Software updates and support are included only during the active License Term. Professional includes generally available Software updates released during that period. Sn1perSecurity does not guarantee any particular number, frequency, timing, feature, integration, compatibility update, or future version.

Support is limited to reasonable, best-effort assistance with installation, activation, and troubleshooting of the Software itself. Sn1perSecurity will make reasonable efforts to help customers get the Software operating where the issue is with SILENTCHAIN and the applicable system requirements are met.

Support may require you to provide sufficient information, logs, configuration details, error messages, or other information reasonably necessary to investigate and troubleshoot an issue. Sn1perSecurity cannot effectively troubleshoot issues where the necessary information is not provided.

SILENTCHAIN may not function correctly on every system or configuration. You are responsible for meeting the Software's stated system requirements and maintaining compatible versions of Burp Suite, operating systems, dependencies, AI providers, and other required components.

Support does not include:

  • Burp Suite or Burp Suite configuration;
  • third-party AI providers, models, or services;
  • third-party software or dependencies;
  • customer networks, systems, infrastructure, or security configuration;
  • configuring or optimizing AI models or providers;
  • determining or guaranteeing where customer data is processed or transmitted;
  • penetration testing methodology, engagement scope, or security consulting;
  • custom development or feature requests; or
  • guaranteed response or resolution times.

Sn1perSecurity does not guarantee that a particular issue will be resolved, that a fix will be available within a particular timeframe, or that the Software will remain compatible with third-party software or services.

12. License Term, Expiration, Suspension, and Termination

A Professional license is valid for the applicable License Term and expires at the end of that term. Professional licenses do not automatically renew unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

When the License Term expires, the right to use Professional ends, and access to Professional functionality, updates, and support will cease. Continued use of Professional requires a new valid license.

Sn1perSecurity may suspend or terminate a Professional license if it reasonably determines that you have materially violated this Agreement, engaged in license fraud or abuse, circumvented licensing controls, used the Software unlawfully, or created a material security, legal, or operational risk.

Where reasonably practicable, Sn1perSecurity will provide notice of a violation and an opportunity to correct a curable violation. Sn1perSecurity may suspend access immediately where reasonably necessary to prevent continued abuse, fraud, unauthorized use, or other material harm.

If your license is suspended or terminated because of your violation of this Agreement, you are not entitled to a refund or credit for the unused portion of the License Term, except where required by applicable law.

If Sn1perSecurity terminates or discontinues a Professional license for reasons unrelated to your violation, any refund or credit will be determined by Sn1perSecurity on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable law.

Termination or expiration does not affect provisions that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property, restrictions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

13. Fees, Purchases, and Refunds

The applicable license fee is the price displayed at the time of purchase. Pricing may vary by edition, license type, promotion, or other offering and may change from time to time for future purchases or renewals.

Applicable taxes and transaction charges may apply. Purchases are processed through Paddle, which acts as Sn1perSecurity's Merchant of Record and payment provider.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, Professional licenses are purchased for a fixed License Term and do not automatically renew.

License purchases are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or otherwise approved by Sn1perSecurity on a case-by-case basis.

Because SILENTCHAIN is downloadable software made available for immediate use, a change of mind, failure to use the Software, or incompatibility with a particular customer environment does not by itself create a right to a refund.

Nothing in this Agreement limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

14. Intellectual Property

SILENTCHAIN AI™, SILENTCHAIN™, the Software, documentation, source code, compiled code, interfaces, designs, trademarks, logos, and associated intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Sn1perSecurity LLC.

All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved by Sn1perSecurity.

Your license grants you a limited right to use the Software as permitted by this Agreement and does not transfer ownership of the Software or any related intellectual property.

You may not use SILENTCHAIN AI, SILENTCHAIN, or Sn1perSecurity trademarks or logos in a manner that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without Sn1perSecurity's prior written permission.

The Software may include third-party software or open-source components that are subject to their respective licenses. Nothing in this Agreement limits rights granted to you under applicable open-source licenses.

15. Security Results and Professional Judgment

SILENTCHAIN is an automated security-testing tool and is not a substitute for professional security judgment.

AI-generated analysis, vulnerability classifications, severity ratings, payloads, verification results, reports, and other Software output may contain errors, omissions, false positives, or false negatives.

Sn1perSecurity does not guarantee that SILENTCHAIN will identify every vulnerability, identify only genuine vulnerabilities, successfully verify every suspected vulnerability, produce complete or accurate results, or satisfy any particular security, regulatory, compliance, or contractual requirement.

A finding identified as verified represents the result of the verification mechanisms available to the Software. It does not constitute a guarantee that the underlying vulnerability exists, is exploitable in all circumstances, or has been fully characterized.

You are solely responsible for reviewing Software output, exercising appropriate professional judgment, and determining what actions to take based on that output.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SILENTCHAIN and all related Software, documentation, and materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Sn1perSecurity disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and availability, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Sn1perSecurity does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with any particular environment, or free from vulnerabilities or other defects.

You assume the risks associated with your use of SILENTCHAIN and with actions taken or not taken based on Software output.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sn1perSecurity LLC and its members, managers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Sn1perSecurity Parties") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or business interruption, arising out of or related to SILENTCHAIN or this Agreement.

This includes damages arising from or related to security testing, Software output, false positives or false negatives, active verification, payload delivery, fuzzing, out-of-band testing, third-party AI services, Burp Suite, third-party software or services, or inability to use the Software.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of the Sn1perSecurity Parties arising out of or related to this Agreement or SILENTCHAIN shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the applicable SILENTCHAIN license during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations apply regardless of the form of action, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if a Sn1perSecurity Party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

18. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sn1perSecurity Parties from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:

  • your material violation of this Agreement;
  • your violation of applicable law or the rights of a third party;
  • unauthorized or unlawful security testing conducted using SILENTCHAIN;
  • your misuse of the Software; or
  • your use of the Software or its output outside the authorization or scope of an engagement.

Sn1perSecurity will provide reasonable notice of any indemnified claim and may participate in the defense with counsel of its choice. You may not settle any claim in a manner that imposes liability, an admission of wrongdoing, or an obligation on a Sn1perSecurity Party without Sn1perSecurity's prior written consent.

19. Privacy

Sn1perSecurity's collection, use, and handling of personal information in connection with SILENTCHAIN AI Professional and related SILENTCHAIN AI services is described in the applicable SILENTCHAIN AI Privacy Policy.

The SILENTCHAIN AI Privacy Policy does not grant you additional rights to use the Software and does not modify the license restrictions contained in this Agreement.

20. Export and Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to your purchase, use, transfer, export, re-export, and deployment of SILENTCHAIN, including applicable export controls and sanctions laws.

You may not purchase, use, transfer, export, re-export, or deploy SILENTCHAIN in violation of applicable law.

21. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or SILENTCHAIN shall be subject to the jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Arizona.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking temporary, preliminary, or other emergency equitable relief where appropriate.

22. General Terms

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or your Professional license without Sn1perSecurity's prior written consent. However, an organization may assign this Agreement and its Professional license in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of its assets, provided that the assignee or successor agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

Sn1perSecurity may assign this Agreement to an affiliate, successor, or purchaser of the applicable business or assets.

This Agreement, together with the applicable purchase information and the SILENTCHAIN Privacy Policy, constitutes the agreement governing your use of Professional.

If you have entered into a separate written agreement with Sn1perSecurity concerning SILENTCHAIN, that agreement controls to the extent of any conflict with this Agreement.

23. Changes to this Agreement

Sn1perSecurity may update this Agreement from time to time. Each published version will identify its version number and effective date.

Unless otherwise stated, an updated Agreement applies to purchases and renewals occurring on or after its effective date.

Sn1perSecurity may also update this Agreement during an active License Term where reasonably necessary to address changes in applicable law, security requirements, licensing controls, fraud or abuse, or material changes to the Software or its operation. Where reasonably practicable, Sn1perSecurity will provide notice of material changes through the email address associated with the License or through another reasonable communication method.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, an updated Agreement will not retroactively modify rights or obligations already applicable to an existing License Term.

Where Sn1perSecurity requires acceptance of an updated Agreement as a condition of obtaining a particular update or continuing to use a particular version of the Software, the Licensee will be given an opportunity to review and affirmatively accept the updated Agreement before proceeding.

Updates to the Software provided during an active License Term do not, by themselves, constitute acceptance of a revised Agreement.
